MELISSA CAMPBELL, MIRP CertRP MInstLM - Director Melissa comes from a legal background, having joined Situations with 13 years' previous experience gained at a local firm of Advocates where she was a Non-Contentious Court Officer. She was also responsible for Company Administration, assisted with Trust work and acted as Membership Secretary of the Guernsey Institute of Directors for 8 years. Melissa is a Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, having completed the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice with distinction, and has also passed the ILM Introductory Certificate in Leadership & Management. She is also a Council Member of the Guernsey Young Business Group.
